Professional Degree in Architecture (MArch or equivalent).
Professional Registration with SACAP as a Professional Architect (Pr. Arch) essential.
Minimum 58 years post-qualification experience.
Strong design ability, technical competency, and proficiency in modern architectural software (Revit essential).
Experience in high-rise, commercial, or large-scale mixed-use developments is highly advantageous.
Excellent communication, coordination, and project management skills.
