Kendrick Recruitment is seeking an experienced and dynamic Spa Director to join a luxury lodge in Ceres, Western Cape. This live-in role offers an exciting opportunity to lead the spa team, oversee operations, and deliver exceptional wellness experiences to guests in a high-end hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all spa operations, ensuring exceptional service standards and guest satisfaction

• Lead, train, and motivate spa staff to maintain high levels of professionalism and performance

• Develop and implement spa treatment menus, promotions, and wellness programmes

• Manage inventory, supplies, and vendor relationships to ensure smooth operational efficiency

• Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue generation

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards across the spa

• Maintain a strong presence on the floor, supporting staff and engaging with guests

• Collaborate with lodge management to enhance the overall guest experience and brand reputation

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Spa Director or in a senior spa management role within luxury hospitality

• Strong leadership, organisational, and interpersonal skills

• Commercially minded with experience in budgeting and revenue management

• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality guest experiences

• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining professional standards

• Willingness to live and work in a remote lodge environment
