Centurion: Help Desk Technician (IT)

Responsibilities: Provide daily IT hardware and software support for users across branches Support systems such as Vision, Workstations, Backup, Printing, basic networking & Microsoft applications Assist operational teams with WMS, Office 365, Antivirus, Windows , and branch POS/Back Office (Vision Pro) systems Monitor ICT infrastructure and ensure speedy troubleshooting & resolution Maintain and update the Asset Register , user configurations, and technical documentation Deploy and maintain Firewall and network configurations Ensure compliance with IT standards, change control practices, and security protocols Minimum Requirements: Matric with Mathematics 2 years experience in IT system setup and configuration L1 level knowledge in: LAN, WAN, Wireless Office 365 Active Directory Phones & Printers Remote Support Hardware & Software maintenance Solid understanding of Microsoft environments , endpoint security, and desktop support Strong client interaction experience Skills & Attributes: An excellent communicator (written & verbal) Analytical with strong problem-solving ability Highly organised with flawless attention to detail Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines Proactive with strong ownership and follow-up skills A team player with good interpersonal skills
