About the Role

We are seeking a Junior Litigation Admitted Attorney to join our team in Menlo Park, Pretoria. As a key member of our litigation department, you will be responsible for handling a range of cases and providing expert legal advice to clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conducting research and drafting court documents
  • Representing clients in court and negotiating settlements
  • Managing case files and maintaining accurate records
  • Collaborating with senior attorneys to develop winning strategies
  • Maintaining open communication with clients throughout the litigation process

Requirements

  • LLB Degree from a recognized institution
  • Admitted Attorney status (valid and up-to-date)
  • Proven litigation experience
  • Experience in ghost practice, court online, and caselines
  • Fluency in two or more languages (bilingual)
  • Own vehicle for business use

  • Formal education: LLB Degree from a recognized institution
