This role is based in Windhoek, Namibia.Experience required:MatricRelevant tourism tertiary qualificationMin of 4 years of Destination Management Experience is essentialExcellent knowledge of Southern Africa destinations Tourplan experienceMust reside in NamibiaHave a valid work permit, or be Namibian citizenDuties include:Quote and design successful creative itineraries and proposals for all market related ADHOC groups, Tour Series and FIT requests Capture and confirm bookings in Tourplan Negotiate with suppliers Follow up on quotes that have been sent out Successfully run groups, tour series, and FIT booking Compile welcome pack documents Handling the 24hour emergency phone Work closely with tour guides whilst on tour To apply please send updated CV and references.
