Germiston: Process | Industrial Engineer (Assembly and Packing)

Minimum requirements: Matric (Grade 12) Bachelors Degree in Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, or Operations Management Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher certification 58 years experience in process or industrial engineering, preferably within a warehouse, manufacturing, or assembly environment Proven experience applying Lean or Six Sigma methodologies to improve operational performance Experience implementing automation or process digitization projects Strong background in time and motion studies, workflow design, and root cause analysis Exposure to ERP/WMS systems and process mapping tools Analyze workflow data and identify process bottlenecks Prioritize improvement projects and allocate resources accordingly Approve minor layout and workflow changes to improve efficiency Validate root cause analyses and corrective actions for recurring issues Recommend capital investment and automation projects to management Consultant: Michelle Du Toit – Dante Personnel East Rand
