Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily fleet availability, planning, and compliance reporting

• Lead and manage staff schedules, performance, and morale

• Coordinate vehicle movements including intercity transfers and de-fleeting

• Ensure all vehicles meet licensing, tracker, and presentation standards

• Handle administrative tasks including productivity tracking, payroll checks, and customer feedback

• Maintain a professional, efficient, and service-driven working environment

What Were Looking For:

• Proven experience in fleet management, logistics, and operations

• Strong background in HR administration and staff supervision

• Deadline-driven with strong reporting and analytical skills

• Excellent communication and organisational abilities

• Proficient in compliance tracking, reporting, and digital tools (Email, WhatsApp, spreadsheets)

• A proactive, hands-on leader with a passion for operational excellence
