The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating daily purchasing activities, managing supplier relationships, ensuring timely delivery of goods, and maintaining accurate inventory and pricing data.Key Responsibilities:1. Manage daily purchasing and order coordination.2. Track orders from placement through to delivery, addressing any discrepancies.3. Collaborate with the warehouse team to maintain stock levels and ensure all goods received match purchase orders.4. Maintain an up-to-date supplier and product database.5. Update and verify pricing, lead times, and product codes in the system.6. Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and resolve any quality or pricing issues.7. Source new products and obtain approvals from the Integrated Procurement Manager.8. Produce regular procurement and inventory reports.9. Ensure all procurement activities align with Ecowizes health and safety standards.Minimum Requirements:1. Grade 12 (Matric) Required2. Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain/Procurement Preferred3. Minimum of 3 years experience in buying, procurement, or purchasing.4. Experience in the cleaning, chemical, or service industry Advantageous5. Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).6. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.7. Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
