Job Description

Qualifications Matric Duties / Requirements Primary job is receptionist: this requires good telephone manner and a good command of the English and Afrikaans language. Responsible for daily inward and outward tracking and updates on Container World computer system. Checking and coding of creditors invoices. Receive general office mail and process the mail accordingly. Able to email, create and maintain office scheduling, work on spreadsheets to assist in the administration of the branch. Process the re-allocation of costs for containers cabotaged/moved to other branches across Southern Africa. Be able to prepare the required reports as requested by the branch staff. Assist with filing and general clerical work. Maintain staff confidentiality. Liaise with branch representatives on an ongoing basis. Credit applications capturing new accounts. Check CWD storage and handling costs CIR coding and capturing
