Duties & Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Bookkeeper/ accountant / debtors and creditors Debtors Management: process and manage all debtor invoices monitor and follow up on outstanding payments to ensure timely collection reconcile debtors accounts and prepare statement Creditors Management: process and manage all creditor invoices reconcile creditor statements and resolve discrepancies prepare payment schedules and ensure timely payment to suppliers Reporting: ensure accurate and timely completion of online financial reporting provide monthly debtor and creditor reports to management assist with financial data entry and analysis as required compile management accounts General Processing: Loan accounts with intercompany branches Ensuring R&Ds and Supplier invoices have been processed for the month Month end reporting and reconciling of loan accounts Month end Depreciation Journals Rent Journals Payroll Journals Cash Books: Petty cash Daily Credit cards – Daily Current account – Daily General Financial Administration: maintain accurate financial records and documentation.Must have qualifications to show.
