Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end business analysis for complex projects and initiatives Gather, validate, and translate business requirements into detailed documentation Conduct market, process, and data analysis to support strategic business decisions Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and cross-functional collaboration Identify process gaps and develop improvement strategies Create business cases, feasibility studies, and solution proposals Partner with technical teams to ensure requirements are understood and implemented Provide insights and recommendations backed by data and industry best practices Job Experience and Key Requirements: 58 years of experience as a Business Analyst (senior-level experience required) Strong background in requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder management Proven ability to lead large, complex business initiatives Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills Expertise in preparing documentation: BRDs, FRDs, user stories, workflows, etc. Strong communication and presentation skills, especially with senior stakeholders Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio, Power BI, or similar Solid understanding of project methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid) Desirable Skills: Experience in data analytics or BI reporting Industry expertise (finance, IT, retail, insurance, telecom, etc.) Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, Scrum Master, or Product Owner)
