Randburg: Engineer Electrical Supervisor – Energy Environmental industry posted by Hire Resolve

Hire Resolves client in the Energy Environmental industry is urgently seeking the expertise of an Electrical Supervisor in Randburg, GP, ZA.

Responsibilities:

• Inspect installations for compliance with specifications, standards, and designs.
• Contribute to progress reports on quality, time, and budget.
• Maintain quality control systems.
• Verify payment milestones.
• Review, verify, and comment on reports, drawings, etc.
• Coordinate project activities and resources.
• Participate in commissioning and Factory Acceptance Tests.

Requirements:

• Electrical Engineering qualification.
• 8+ years of experience in construction, with at least 2 years on renewable energy projects.
• Experience in an Owner’s Engineer role will be advantageous.
• Good knowledge of local and international standards, construction processes, best practice, and legislation (Environmental and Health and Safety).
• Willingness to travel and work away from home.
• Code B drivers license.
