Job Description
The primary function of the Senior Agent: Inside Sales is to proactively engage with potential customers telephonically and promote products and/or services offered by the Company with the aim of generating sales and increasing revenue.
These agents work in a contact centre environment and are responsible for making outbound sales calls to prospects or receiving inbound calls from interested customers.
Requirements:
- Matric
Experience:
- 1 – 2 year outbound contact centre experience
- Experience in sales contact centre environment preferable
- Minimum 2 years experience working with the MS office suite, including MS excel and MS word
- Clear communication and articulation
- Worked with sales targets
- Client engagement
- Troubleshooting
- Worked with International Clients
- 24/7 shifts
