URGENT POSITION!!
Job summary:
A Receiving Clerk is responsible for managing the receipt of incoming shipments and ensuring that all deliveries are accurate and properly documented. The role involves inspecting packages for damage, verifying the accuracy of shipments against purchase orders, and organizing materials in the storage area. Receiving Clerks work closely with suppliers, warehouse staff, and inventory teams to maintain accurate records and ensure efficient inventory management.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive, verify, and document incoming products.
Inspect products for damages and report discrepancies.
Communicate with Customer Service upon receival.
Ensure proper storage and identification of received goods.
Allocate job cards and move products to designated areas.
Load/unload deliveries and coordinate sandblasting requirements.
Assist with dispatch and deliveries as needed
Skills & Requirements:
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to interpret technical drawings.
Strong communication and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Valid Code 10 drivers license with PDP.
