Software Company providing all-in-one property management solutions to the hospitality industry based in Claremont is currently recruiting for a Sales Consultant. If you have an inquisitive mind and enjoy connecting with people to understand what they really need and what would be the best solution for their situation, then you’ll love this job. The company gets a lot of inbound leads from accommodation owners interested in their solution. Your job will be to connect with those individuals and help them select the best product and channel mix to help them get more bookings and reduce their administrative burden. Duties: Listen and understand the client’s needs and map those with the benefits of using the technology, presenting relevant support materials and following up to convert those curious enquiries into our future clients. Guide new clients through the sales process, including setup, product demonstrations and testing. Work with your team to onboard an agreed number of new clients monthly. Think creatively and be proactive to provide additional information and advice to clients to enhance their use of the product. Maintain accurate records of all client and partner communications in the internal CRM system, ensuring seamless customer service, so that no matter who your client speaks to the team will know how to help. Communicating; cooperating, and offering guidance to colleagues. Requirements: Grade 12 At least 2 years of sales experience, ideally in the hospitality or travel industry. Strong active listening skills. Confident; perhaps even charismatic, with exceptional verbal and written communication abilities. Solid understanding of the sales process and dynamics, coupled with the drive to handle multiple accounts while seeking new opportunities. Skilled in assessing clients’ needs and overseeing the onboarding process for new clients. Maintains a positive attitude and prioritises client satisfaction in a fast-paced setting.
