Job Description
- The Role
The CEO will be responsible for full P&L ownership, leading the company across commercial, operational, and strategic functions with a strong focus on sales performance, customer acquisition, and brand growth. This is a high-impact role reporting to the Board.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement robust sales and marketing strategies for local and export markets.

Drive revenue growth, key account development, and market expansion.

Oversee day-to-day operations including production, supply chain, quality, and logistics.

Ensure financial performance through effective budgeting, forecasting, and margin control.

Lead and mentor senior leadership and build a high-performance culture.

Uphold governance and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Candidate Profile:

Proven track record in senior leadership within FMCG, food manufacturing, or related sectors.

Strong commercial background with experience in scaling revenue and building brands.

Skilled in operational oversight and cross-functional leadership.
-
Strategic thinker with solid financial acumen and a hands-on execution style.

Collaborative, results-oriented, and inspiring leader.
Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred.

Minimum 10 years of senior leadership experience in sales-led organizations.
