Summary:
A results-driven and creative Freelance Architect with strong technical and design expertise in the building and construction sector. Experienced in concept development, detailed design, project management, and site coordination. Delivers high-quality, sustainable, and cost-effective architectural solutions tailored to client needs while ensuring compliance with building regulations and industry standards.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop conceptual, schematic, and detailed architectural designs for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
• Prepare architectural drawings, layouts, 3D visualizations, and construction documentation using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or related software.
• Conduct site visits, surveys, and inspections to ensure construction progress aligns with approved plans and specifications.
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, quantity surveyors, and other professionals to ensure design integrity and project efficiency.
• Advise clients on materials, finishes, design feasibility, and cost-effective construction methods.
• Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, zoning regulations, and safety standards.
• Manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables for multiple freelance projects simultaneously.
• Coordinate tender documentation, drawings, and specifications for project bidding and contractor appointments.
• Provide technical input during project execution and resolve on-site architectural challenges.
• Incorporate sustainability, energy efficiency, and green design principles into architectural solutions.

• Knowledge of green building design principles and sustainable construction methods.
• Valid driver’s license and own transport (for site visits).
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
