Regional Operational Manager  
We’re looking for a highly skilled and experienced operator, ideally with a background in the 
franchising industry and an established network in this space. This role is crucial for managing 
operations across the Western Cape and ensuring smooth, efficient, and seamless processes.  
The ideal candidate should have:  
– Strong people management and interpersonal skills.  
– Excellent organizational and analytical capabilities, with the ability to interpret and act on sales 
data effectively.  
– A solid grasp of modern workflow and communication tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams).  
– The flexibility to work unconventional hours, as NY Slice primarily operates in the evening and 
nighttime.  
– This person will play a pivotal role in maintaining our high operational standards while helping 
drive growth and efficiency. 
Responsibilities: 
– Budget management: Oversee production budgets  
– Financial record analysis: Assess and improve profitability, and ensure that required records 
and reports are generated and analyzed  
– Hiring and onboarding: Recruit and onboard the right talent to reduce staff turnover costs and 
disruptions  
– Quality consistency: Ensure that quality is consistent across all locations  
– Risk analysis: Evaluate logistical risks and challenges, and develop business continuity plans  
– Supply chain management: Ensure the availability of necessary materials and resources, and 
establish relationships with suppliers  
– Menu planning: Assist in planning and implementing new menu specifications, and ensuring 
they meet quality standards  
– Inventory management: Ensure that inventory levels are sufficient to meet demand  
– Health and safety: Ensure that health and safety protocols are followed  
– New technology: Test and implement new technology to improve efficiency
