Job Description
You will work closely with the Financial Manager to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payroll administration, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Process payroll accurately and timely
- Maintain employee records and data
- Prepare payroll reports as needed
- Handle payroll-related inquiries and resolve issues
- Collaborate with the Financial Manager on payroll tasks
- Preparation of and reconciliation of EMP201’s
- Assist with EMP501 submissions
- Assist with Equity reporting
- Assist with skills reporting
- Assist with SEST, STATSA reporting
- Assist with HR related queries
