SAP CRM Consultant Role Overview We are looking for a motivated Junior SAP CRM Functional Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, the successful candidate will assist with the support of SAP Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions, working closely with the Senior Consultant to maintain and enhance our clients’ customer engagement strategies. This position offers a unique opportunity to learn and grow within the SAP ecosystem while contributing to a high-impact project. Responsibilities Assist in the configuration and customization of SAP CRM solutions to meet client requirements Support the gathering and analysis of business requirements through workshops and meetings Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP CRM with other SAP modules Participate in testing activities, including unit testing and user acceptance testing, to validate system functionality Provide support and troubleshooting for clients to enhance user experience Document processes, configurations, and lessons learned to facilitate knowledge sharing Required: 3-5 years of experience in SAP CRM or related fields Basic understanding of CRM processes and best practices Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Based on site in Richards Bay Preferred: Familiarity with SAP solutions and technologies Experience with conducting workshops or training sessions Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies Basic experience with SAP CRM configuration and customization Understanding of integration points with other SAP modules like SAP S/4HANA Familiarity with data migration tools and techniques Strong desire to learn and grow within the SAP landscape Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment Proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on continuous improvement Adaptability to change and resilience in fast-paced settings
