Receiving Clerk Seniority Level: Mid-Career (2 – 3 yrs exp) Type: Contractor Minimum Requirements Grade 12 / Matric 23 years experience in goods receiving/warehouse administration Experience working on QuickEasy (preferred) or any ERP system Strong administrative and numerical accuracy Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Clear criminal record Duties & Responsibilities Receive incoming goods, materials, and components Verify deliveries against POs, delivery notes, and invoices Check quantities, quality, and condition of received items Capture receipts and update inventory on QuickEasy or ERP system Work with suppliers and internal departments to resolve discrepancies Ensure correct labelling and movement of stock into store locations Maintain accurate receiving documentation and filing Communicate any shortages, damages, or non-conformances immediately
