Our client is a boutique consultancy supporting Life (and select non-life) insurers with advanced modelling, automation, and technical build projects. You’ll work with modern tools, tackle real actuarial challenges, and gain hands-on exposure to cutting-edge modelling practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build, refine, and optimise actuarial and financial models for Life (and occasional Non-Life) insurance clients.
• Develop technical solutions using Python, R, SQL, and industry-leading modelling platforms.
• Support consulting work across pricing, valuation, automation, and model enhancement projects.
• Analyse complex datasets, design modelling frameworks, and convert insights into meaningful client outputs.

Job Experience and Skills Required:
Education:

• Degree in Actuarial Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or another quantitative field.
• Strong academic performance is essential.

Experience:

• Graduates and early-career applicants welcome (0–2 years).
• Any exposure to modelling, coding, or actuarial tools is an advantage.

Skills:

• Python and/or R (essential).
• SQL experience (beneficial).
• Prophet or other actuarial modelling software exposure (advantageous).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical modelling ability.

Non-negotiables:

• Passion for models, code, and technical problem-solving.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote setup.
• High attention to detail with strong quantitative thinking.
