Job Description
The successful candidate will play a key role in service quality, staff performance, and overall customer experience. They will also assist in maintaining controls and ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Manage, train, and motivate front-of-house staff.
- Maintain high customer service standards and manage escalations.
- Oversee staff scheduling, attendance, and performance.
- Ensure hygiene, safety, and operational standards are consistently met.
- Assist with stock control, ordering, and supplier coordination.
- Conduct cash-ups and manage daily operational controls.
- Handle opening and closing procedures.
- Support senior management in implementing service improvements.
- Monitor service flow and ensure effective floor management.
- Uphold company policies and operational processes.
- Ensure smooth communication between kitchen and floor teams.
- Contribute to a well-organised and professional work environment.

Requirements
- Proven experience in hospitality or restaurant management.
- Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.

- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Reliable transport is essential.
- Ability to work Monday to Sunday (with 1/2 days off per week).
Remuneration
R13 000 – R15 000
