Job & Company Description:

As a Senior RF Engineer, you’ll drive the design, development, and testing of RF circuits, subsystems, and antennas. You’ll define product architectures, provide technical oversight, and mentor junior engineers while ensuring compliance with industry standards. This is a leadership role for an RF expert ready to tackle complex challenges and deliver high-performance solutions.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronic/Electrical Engineering
• Master’s degree in Electronic Engineering (advantageous)

Job Experience & Skills Required:

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in RF design and development
• Proficiency in Matlab, Ansys HFSS, and Altium
• Expertise in:
  • RF theory and electronic design
  • Antenna design (including patch antennas)
  • Radar systems, radios, and beamforming
  • Power amplifiers, mixers, LNAs, diplexers
  • High-speed ADC/DAC converters
• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements
• Non-negotiable:
  • Proven RF circuit and subsystem design experience
  • Leadership and mentoring capabilities
  • Technical documentation and compliance reporting
• Own reliable transport
