Johannesburg: Senior Salesforce Developer – Johannesburg – up to R1mil per annum posted by E-Merge

Are you a skilled Senior Salesforce Developer? Do you thrive in improving a company’s sales performance? We need you! The role involves solutions design, development, implementation, testing, data conversion, documentation, and system enhancements. You will be responsible for software development, systems analysis, interpreting functional requirements, and engaging with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and implement new systems and changes following coding standards.
• Directly contribute to code production (70%) and mentor junior resources (30%).
• Perform peer reviews, contribute to TDD framework, and participate in automation and performance testing.
• Assist with feature estimation and analyze/document business requirements.
• Ensure adherence to code commit standards and conventions, using tools like GIT.
• Identify and drive opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation.
• Collaborate to enable an efficient release pipeline.
• Provide high-level and detailed design for solutions.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or Engineering.

Experience:

• Proven experience in Salesforce development and systems analysis.
• Strong knowledge of coding standards and principles.
• Experience with TDD frameworks and GIT.
• Excellent mentoring and communication skills.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and innovation.
• Ability to ensure technical integrity and quality management.
