SHOWROOM Manager High-End Furniture & Interior Finishes
Wynberg – Cape Town
SALARY: R35 000 – R42 000 Plus Commission & Benefit. – Negotiable

Provider of High-End/Luxury architectural design furniture, fabrics, textiles, and luxury homeware. This role seeks a dynamic individual with a blend of sales proficiency, operational insight, and a keen understanding of interior design to drive showroom success.
REQUIREMENTS:
- National Senior Certificate
- Certificate or Diploma in Interior Design/Decor or related field advantageous
- Minimum 5 years sales experience in retail in a similar role, same or related industry
- Exposure to an interior design environment
- Experience of coordinating the operational aspects of a shop or outlet is an advantage
- Own reliable transport & valid driver license
- Be assertive with drive and ambition
- Be decisive and able to prioritize
- Ability to cope in a high-paced and high-pressure environment
MAIN DUTIES:
- Maintain showroom operations by maintaining the set showroom standards, coordinating deliveries, manage stock of cuttings, sample hangers and books, coordinate events etc.
- Build productive relationships with customers by advising and selling to customers in the showroom and handling internal and external complaints and queries
- Support field sales by supporting the internal sales consultants
Skills required:
- Good telephone etiquette
- Excellent communication skills (written and spoken)
- Good presentation skills & team leadership
- Good with building and maintaining customer relationships
- Excellent customer service and after sales service
Passionate for creating, engaging with top designers, inspiring spaces, guiding clients in selecting the perfect fabrics, finishes, and decor elements, and transforming their visions into reality
