Job Description
- Accurately capturing, updating and maintaining all operational and maintenance data related to the business operations using the SAP modules
- Ensure machine availability, utilization, maintenance activities, tyre and battery performance, and daily operational KPIs are correctly recorded and reported
- The position plays a critical role in providing reliable data to support production, maintenance planning, and management decision-making
- Capture daily machine hours, breakdowns, and stoppages
- Assist planners by maintaining updated backlog and outstanding work orders
- Record tyre inspections, wear measurements, pressure readings, and replacements
- Update tyre movement (mounting, demounting, rotation, scrapping)
- Machine Availability
- Machine Utilisation
- Breakdown hours
- Provide daily performance dashboards to management
Minimum Requirements:
- Matric / Grade 12 (essential)
- Diploma in Office Administration, Information Systems, Logistics, or related field
- Minimum 3 Years Experience
- Technical qualification in the Automotive/Mining industry
- Strong working knowledge of SAP PM module
- Experience with Tyre and Battery Management Modules
- Competent in MS Excel for reporting
- Ability to analyse data and identify inconsistencies
- Knowledge of mining fleet 0&M processes is highly desirable
