Key Responsibilities:

• Review and evaluate design documentation
• Prepare preliminary and detailed estimates
• Formulate bills of quantities and contract documentation
• Conduct financial evaluation of tenders
• Administer cashflow forecasts, cost reports, variation orders, valuations, and contractual claims
• Prepare and negotiate final accounts
• Attend project meetings and liaise with multi-disciplinary teams
• Analyse repair estimates and prepare viability studies
• Determine value at risk and damage costings

Job Experience & Skills Required (Ideal Candidate Profile):

• Education: BTech or BSc Degree in Quantity Surveying
• Professional Registration: SACQSP
• Experience: Minimum 6–10 years (at least 3 years post-registration)
• Driver’s License: Valid
• Strong knowledge of JBCC and NEC contracts
• Experience in professional consulting QS firms
• Bonus: Project/Programme Management experience

• Advanced MS Excel skills
• Time management and organizational skills
• Expertise in estimating, budgeting, procurement, and cost control
