Employer Description Event venue situated in the East Rand Job Description Developing and maintaining a DATABASE of corporate and organizational contacts so as to ensure maximum sales. Direct TELESALES and SALES CALLS (face to face) to potential and established clients in the area allocated. Produce and submit required daily, weekly or monthly reports (whatever is agreed upon) Develop and maintain relationships with the major clients Keep the necessary records, detailing progress with clients Ensures that the administration & records in the department are being kept Visits potential clients to sell the facilities of the property Is aware of the competition & tracks competitor activity regularly Generating Quotes Updating Quotes and upselling Welcoming of Guests Follow-up on Payments Post Service follow ups Qualifications Relevant qualification advantageous Skills At least 3 years experience in a similar role. Strong Sales skills, cold calling, relationship building and closing skills. Events coordination experience also required. Benefits Commission
