Our Client in the Glass, aluminum and facades industry is looking for a Junior Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Gauteng.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly claims to client
• Undertake cost analysis for construction projects
• Rate build up understanding and cost sourcing both locally and cross border 
• Perform risk, value management, and cost control
• Advise on procurement strategy
• Adjudicate subcontractor claims
• Minimum 3 years experience as a contractors QS
