Office Facility Manager Centurion Requirements: Matric essential. Technical/facilities qualification is an advantage. 13 years experience in facilities, maintenance, or office support. Knowledge of health and safety standards. Basic electrical/plumbing/building system knowledge. Strong planning, communication, and problem-solving skills. Computer literate; own transport required. Responsibilities: Handle daily office maintenance and facility upkeep. Coordinate contractors and maintenance staff. Do regular inspections and arrange repairs or replacements. Manage maintenance requests and ensure quick turnaround. Monitor maintenance supplies and equipment. Ensure all health, safety, and building regulations are followed. Assist with small renovations and office moves. Liaise with external service providers (plumbers, electricians, security, etc.).
