The Role: Junior Consultant (Coaching & Development) This role provides an excellent foundation for an early-career professional looking to enter the consulting world. You will support the design, coordination, and delivery of coaching and organisational development projects, working closely with senior consultants. From research and preparation to client interaction and project execution, you’ll gain hands-on exposure to the full consulting lifecycle while helping organisations strengthen their people and culture practices. Key Responsibilities Support project planning, research, and delivery under the guidance of senior consultants Assist in developing client reports, presentations, tools, and research summaries Coordinate and manage logistics for client workshops, coaching sessions, and leadership interventions Prepare supporting materials for client engagements, including briefs and workshop content Attend client meetings, document discussions, and track follow-up actions Maintain consistent, professional communication with clients regarding project activities Collaborate with internal team members across practices to support multi-disciplinary projects Proactively build knowledge in organisational development, leadership, coaching frameworks, and change methodologies About You 1 to 2 years of experience in consulting, HR, organisational development, psychology, or a related people-focused field A relevant degree, such as Industrial Psychology, Organisational Development, HR, or Social Sciences Strong writing and presentation skills, with the ability to produce clear, structured documents Highly organised, detail-focused, and proactive with strong time-management capabilities Comfortable engaging with clients professionally and confidently Curious, eager to learn, and committed to developing within the coaching and OD space Able to work both independently and as part of a collaborative project team Experience in workshop coordination, research, or content development (advantageous)
