Position Purpose / Summary Education: Support the Elementary Guide in delivering authentic Montessori education aligned with AMI standards Environment: Assist in maintaining a well-prepared indoor and outdoor Montessori learning environment Experience: Support Going-outs, Earth stewardship activities, camps, and extracurricular engagements under the direction of the Guide Hours: 07:3015:30 Requirements Qualifications: BEd/PGCE and/or Montessori qualification (preferred) Experience: Prior experience working with children aged 612 in a Montessori environment Compliance : Valid SACE registration and police clearance Montessori Approach: Demonstrated commitment to continuous growth in understanding and applying authentic Montessori principles Skills: Growth mindset, adaptability, strong interpersonal and communication abilities, efficient administrative skills, and professional preparation to support a flourishing learning environment Values: Commitment to core values including authenticity, grace and courtesy, and lifelong learning ONLY SHORTLISTED CANDIDATES WILL BE CONTACTED
