A renowned international company specialising in customer value optimisation, travel solutions, and premium membership services is seeking a Call Claims Handler to join its dynamic Claims Department in Cape Town. Key Responsibilities
- Handle claims inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service via phone calls
- Process claims in accordance with company policies and procedures

Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12) is essential
- Previous experience in a call centre, claims handling, insurance, or customer service environment is highly advantageous
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

- Problem-solving ability and customer-centric mindset
- Computer literate with the ability to navigate multiple systems
