Johannesburg: Software Tester

Job & Company Description: Im looking for Software Testers who can design, execute, and maintain test plans for both web and mobile applications. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts. Perform functional, regression, system, integration, and UAT testing. Identify, document, and track defects using bug tracking tools. Collaborate with developers and business analysts to resolve issues. Ensure software meets quality standards and business requirements. Perform API testing using Postman or similar tools. Participate in Agile ceremonies and sprint planning sessions. Contribute to test documentation and continuous improvement of QA processes. Job Experience and Skills Required: Education: Relevant Degree/Diploma in Information Technology, Software Development, or related field. ISTQB Certification (advantageous). Experience: Minimum 3 years experience as a Software Tester / QA Analyst. Strong experience in manual testing across web and mobile platforms. Experience using tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, TestRail, or similar. Good understanding of the SDLC and STLC. Experience with SQL for data validation. Exposure to API testing (Postman / Swagger). Understanding of test techniques, test design, and root cause analysis. Apply now!
