Job Description

You will play a key role in ensuring that new features and system enhancements function correctly across various client environments and real-world scenarios. Working closely with experienced QA professionals, developers, and product teams, you will gain hands-on experience in structured testing practices while contributing directly to product quality and release success. Key Responsibilities: Test Planning and Execution: Review requirements and develop comprehensive test plans covering core scenarios, edge cases, and regressions Execute manual test cases for new features in staging and testing environments Validate system behaviour across different configurations and client setups Functional and Exploratory Testing: Simulate real-world user scenarios, particularly for business-critical and data-sensitive processes Verify permission structures, data access controls, and system boundaries Identify, reproduce, and document defects with clear steps, screenshots, and supporting logs Regression Testing Support: Maintain and execute regression test suites for key workflows Assist with pre-release testing cycles to ensure system stability Perform final regression checks prior to production releases Collaboration and Continuous Improvement: Work closely with product and development teams to clarify requirements and acceptance criteria Partner with senior QA team members to improve testing strategies and coverage Contribute to identifying gaps in test data, processes, and tools Qualifications and Requirements: A Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is advantageous Strong interest in software testing and quality assurance Solid manual testing skills with a methodical and detail-driven approach Ability to write clear, structured test cases and detailed bug reports Familiarity with web applications and testing in staging or pre-production environments Advantageous (But Not Essential): Previous experience (approximately 12 years) in QA, testing, or product validation Exposure to SaaS or multi-tenant platforms Basic knowledge of testing tools (e.g., Postman, Selenium, and Cypress) Understanding of APIs, logs, or debugging tools Experience working with systems involving complex business rules (e.g., finance, payroll, and HR) Apply now!
