Job Description
Overview:
A company is seeking a Marketing Sales Manager (retail environment) will be responsible for developing and executing marketing and sales strategies that drive customer engagement, increase store traffic, and achieve revenue growth targets. This role bridges marketing creativity with sales performance, ensuring brand consistency and market competitiveness across all retail outlets.
- Sales and Revenue growth, Merchandising & Inventory Management, Customer experience & Brand representative, Team Leadership & Development, Reporting and Traceability, Operational Excellency
Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies aligned with company objectives.

Lead promotional campaigns, product launches, and seasonal marketing initiatives.

Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

Manage the retail brand image and ensure consistency across advertising, in-store displays, and digital platforms.

Drive sales performance through effective pricing strategies, product placement, and sales team motivation.

Coordinate with store managers and sales teams to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Oversee marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and return on investment (ROI).

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and business partners.

Prepare performance reports and present sales and marketing insights to senior management.

Support training and development of sales staff to enhance product knowledge and customer service quality.

In-depth understanding of retail sales cycles, merchandising, and consumer marketing.

Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.

46 years of experience in marketing and sales management within the retail industry.

Proven success in developing and executing marketing campaigns that drive sales.

Experience in managing budgets and leading cross-functional teams.
