Duties:
 
Provide play-based early education for young kids in a remote reserve setting.
Design and grow a nature-based micro-school
Develop and deliver daily learning activities, routines, and developmental goals from scratch.
 
Requirements: 
 
Early Childhood Development (ECD) certificate or diploma strongly preferred
Montessori, Waldorf, or similar certification is a plus
First Aid certified (or willing to obtain)
3+ years in early childhood education, tutoring, or play therapy
Highly creative and resourceful in low-resource, remote environments
Organized, patient, gentle, and emotionally mature
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Bonus: yoga, wellness, fitness, counselling, life coaching, admin, or mindfulness training
Valid driver’s license
 
Package & Benefits:
 
Monthly Salary: R8-10K depending on experience and qualifications
