Job Description

Hire Resolve’s client is looking for a Marketing Manager to join their IT team in Midrand, GP. The client is one of Africas leading technology services providers covering the entire information and communication technology (ICT) value chain including offerings in: IT-managed services, security, automation, cloud solutions, data and development capabilities, proprietary IT product resales, IT consulting and implementation services.

Responsibilities:

Develop strategic marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and print.
Optimize and manage all aspects of our online presence, including our website and social media accounts.
Analyze market trends and competitors to fine-tune marketing strategies and improve outreach.
Work closely with the sales team to create tailored marketing materials that support business development efforts.
Track and report on marketing campaign performance, adjusting strategies as necessary based on key metrics.
Foster relationships with external partners, influencers, and media to enhance brand credibility and awareness.
Stay informed about industry developments and emerging marketing trends to keep our strategies cutting-edge.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years experience in a marketing management role, preferably within recruitment or HR services.
Solid understanding of digital marketing tools and best practices.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with analytics tools and CRM software to measure marketing effectiveness.
Creative thinker with a passion for developing innovative marketing strategies.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
