• National Diploma in Human Resource Management or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in an HR Officer or HR Generalist role, preferably within agriculture or manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of HR compliance, policies, and labour legislation.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• High level of confidentiality, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work well under pressure.
• Self-driven, proactive, and able to work effectively within a team.
