Assistant Lodge Management Couple Remote Coastal Lodge A secluded, high-end coastal lodge in the Eastern Cape is seeking a committed assistant management couple to join our onsite leadership team. This is a unique lifestyle-based position for those who thrive in remote, nature-rich environments and enjoy meaningful community engagement. We are looking for a couple where: Partner 1: Strong Front-of-House presence (5-star) Professional hospitality experience Guest-facing confidence, empathy, and problem-solving ability Administrative capability: basic accounts, reporting, check-ins/check-outs, reservations, stock controls High standard of service polish and communication Partner 2: Certified boat skipper (Category C or higher) Experience with beach launches essential Strong safety awareness, risk management, and situational readiness Maintenance ability a bonus (general repairs, equipment care, problem solving) Both partners should possess: Adaptability to a remote, off-grid living environment Cultural awareness and respect for working within a local community Resilience, independence, and ability to handle challenges calmly Genuine love for wilderness, conservation and coastal living We request that applications include: Joint CV / Professional overview Salary expectation Availability / notice period A short motivation explaining why you are the right couple for this role Accommodation is provided on-site.
