ProStaffSelect are in search of a bubbly, charismatic, charming and elegant FRONT OFFICE AGENT for this highly sophisticated, upmarket and luxury 5* boutique hotel in Stellenbosch. This hotel has won several international awards not only for their amazing service standards and culinary signature, but for its many awesome works of art, sculptures and fine pieces. THIS IS A “FIRST POINT OF CONTACT” POSITION so applicants need to be highly PRESENTABLE, WELL SPOKEN and COMFORTABLE DEALING WITH high profile overseas guests. REQUIREMENTS: Strong admin, organizational, financial and planning abilities needed. Experience at 5 * HOTELS within front office, concierge & reservations. Formal Tertiary Qualification in Hotel / Hospitality Management HIGHLY proficient in Excel, Word as well as OPERA Property Mgt Software. Fully proficient in booking and reservations systems. Must be willing to work evening and late shifts to manage the hotel when the Resident Mgr is off-duty. Highly presentable and outgoing personality with mature / worldly views – well traveled!
