About the Role:We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Personal Assistant to support an independent music artist with a proven track record in the music industry. The ideal candidate will bring at least 10 years of hands-on experience working within various facets of the music business, from managing schedules and communications to supporting creative projects and industry networking.Key Responsibilities:Manage the artists calendar, including scheduling meetings, studio time, rehearsals, and travel arrangementsAct as a communication liaison between the artist, management, promoters, record labels, and other industry professionalsCoordinate day-to-day administrative tasks such as email management, invoicing, and payment trackingSupport project timelines for music releases, video shoots, and promotional campaignsAssist with contract review preparation, liaising with legal and management teamsAttend industry events and assist with networking opportunitiesHandle confidential information with discretion and professionalismFacilitate social media and digital content scheduling in collaboration with marketing teamsRequirements:Minimum 10 years of experience in the music industry, preferably working closely with artists or within artist managementStrong understanding of the music business, including production, promotion, touring, and music rightsExceptional organizational and multitasking skillsExcellent written and verbal communication.
