As the recruiting partner, I am looking for a motivated and ambitious Junior Sales Consultant for a well-established company in the aluminium profile and engineering components sector. This role is ideal for an individual who wants to grow their career in technical sales and gain valuable industry experience.

Role Overview

The successful candidate will support the internal sales function, assist customers with product enquiries, and develop strong product knowledge related to aluminium profiles and accessories. This position offers excellent exposure to the engineering environment, with full training provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting walk-in and telephonic customers with product information and quotations
• Supporting the sales team with order processing and follow-ups
• Learning the product range and providing accurate technical support
• Maintaining customer relationships and ensuring a professional client experience
• Updating CRM systems and assisting with general sales administration
• Coordinating with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment

Minimum Requirements

• Matric / Grade 12
• Valid driver’s licence
• 0–2 years’ sales experience
• Strong communication skills and willingness to learn

Preferred Qualifications

• Engineering-related qualification (mechanical, industrial, manufacturing, or similar)
