Job Description

Description:

  • Drive sales of new and used vehicles to achieve monthly volume and profitability targets.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through proactive prospecting, networking, and referral generation.
  • Conduct customer needs analysis, present suitable vehicle options, and close deals effectively.
  • Deliver excellent customer service throughout the entire sales process.
  • Maintain high levels of daily activity, including calls, follow-ups, and appointments.
  • Work closely with management to ensure optimal stock matching, deal structuring, and profitability.


Requirements:

  • 4–5 years automotive sales experience (new and used vehicles essential).
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets.
  • Ability to balance profitability in used sales with volume in new sales.
  • Highly self-motivated, energetic, and able to operate independently.
  • Demonstrated ability to create sales opportunities and maintain high activity levels.
  • Must reside in or near the Fourways area.
  • Financially driven with a strong commission-earning mindset.
  • Able to provide six months of commission statements for vetting.
  • Comfortable working within a high-accountability, performance-driven culture.
