Description:

The Administrative Assistant provides essential office and operations support by handling scheduling, route planning, data capturing, and telephone calls. The role requires strong computer skills, good organisation, and professional communication.

 Responsibilities:

  • Plan and upload operator schedules and routes on the system
  • Answer and manage telephone calls professionally (phone etiquette required)
  • Assist with general office administration tasks
  • Maintain accurate records and update databases
  • Support the operations team as needed


Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 07:15 – 16:30

Training:

  • Full training on the company system will be provided

Requirements:

  • Grade 12
  • Computer literacy is essential
  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Professional telephone etiquette
  • Ability to follow instructions and learn new systems quickly
  • Reliable and punctual
