Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a dedicated Field Guide (Level 2 with back up Trails) to join a renowned luxury lodge in the Timbavati, known for its Big 5 sightings and unforgettable guest experiences. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct guided game drives with expert knowledge of wildlife, flora, and conservation • Provide guests with safe, informative, and memorable safari encounters • Maintain vehicles, rifles, and equipment to the highest standards • Support conservation and sustainability initiatives • Work closely with the lodge team to ensure seamless, luxury guest service Requirements: • FGASA Level 2 with Back Up Trails (Lead Trails not required – no bush walks conducted) • Valid First Aid Certificate • PrDP (Professional Driving Permit) • DEAT/THETA registered (or ability to obtain) • Rifle proficiency and ARH qualification (preferred) • Excellent communication, hosting, and guest interaction skills • Passion for wildlife, conservation, and hospitality excellence This is a live-in position with meals provided, offering an exciting opportunity to work in one of South Africa’s most iconic safari destinations.
