Start date: 8th December 2025 Job description: Duty & Food & Beverage Manager Oversee daily operations and coordinate departments, specifically F&B Hosting of guests Advising and assisting guests with activity bookings during their stay Guest check ins and check outs Stock keeping & control Guest accommodation checks maintaining high standards Assist with special events & occasions for guests Morning opening & evening close down of the lodge Job requirements Minimum Grade 12/Matric qualification Passion for the hospitality industry Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written Outgoing, warm personality Attention to detail Strong organisation and planning capabilities Positive & self-motivated personality with good problem solving skills Hosting & Food & Beverage experience Computer literacy including word, excel and powerpoint use Preference given to those with Tertiary qualification in Hospitality Management Previous experience with front office and front of house Previous experience working in a lodge environment Experience with PAN hospitality software Live-in position, Leave cycle is 21 days on, 7 off. Salary: Market related, DOE, up to R10,000 per month
