ProStaffSelect are in search of a talented and passionate SENIOR CDP who understands the pace and standards of this level of cuisine and who’s equally enthusiastic to produce dishes to this amazing standard. A daily or weekly changing menu requires innovation, imagination and focus. REQUIREMENTS: At least 4 – 5 years industry experience within Fine Dining / Top 10 standard establishments Culinary strengths in Hot & Cold Kitchen with experience in plating of multiple components Must be adaptable to working off different menus on a weekly basis Effective communication skills and proficient in English & an outgoing personality Must be comfortable creating new dishes with SEVERAL detailed plating components and INNOVATIVE garnish ideas. Must demonstrate good planning skills, be well organized and work efficiently and hygienically. Additional: Amazing working conditions with a highly passionate and skilled team.
