Minimum 5yrs experience in a similar management position in large and busy 4 or 5-Star Hotels / Lodges / Estates Tertiary qualification will be beneficial Remote working condition experience will be an advantage Ability to manage multiple teams at multiple locations simultaneously Required to be extremely hands on and physically fit to conduct all room and area checks multiple times daily.
